Been to WDW 4 times, still don't know what a Dole Whip is?!

Ok, so everyone on here talks about something called a dole whip, I'm going back in May and am curious what it is and where I can get one...I guess I'm out of the loop , and I thought I was so well Disney educated

It's basically soft serve vanilla with pineapple topping. Not to be missed!

It's a pineapple smoothie! "Dole" is the brand. You can get one near the jungle cruise in Magic Kingdom.

A dole whip is not to be missed. You can get one at the Aloha Isle in Adventureland across from the Swiss Family Robinson Tree House. It is a soft-serve ice cream made with Dole pineapple juice. They also offer Dole Whip Floats! This is a treat that must be enjoyed each time you visit!

I was actually the same way and had never tried one until our last trip and now in LOVE with them also
I got mine by the magic carpet ride at MK and it was sooo good, I hated to share!

This is a Dole Whip. Personally, I think the Dole Whip Floats are better....Just imagine this in a glass with Pineapple juice in the bottom.

Count me as a member of the club...been 6 times (5 of them in the past 2 1/2 years) and haven't tried one yet. I know people rant and rave about how great they are, but everytime I'm at the stand looking at it, it just doesn't seem that appealing. Maybe this summer at DL or this Christmas at MK!

The floats are where it's at. Very good. The other thing is just soft serve with pineapple topping. Nothing to write home about.

This is a TRUE story and I will get proof of this when I go next month I WILL take pictures.

My Dear Sweet Mother in Law who is a wonderful person to be around unless the Dole Shack is not open . She made us sit there and wait till it opened up . My Dh and I went and did a couple of rides as my poor FIL waited with her . She ( this is no lie) is 5'2 and maybe 110 lbs and ate now count em folks 4 of them then had them start making her floats. she had 5 floats then we were able to start riding . She cant wait to go back to have one and she has no idea that I am supprising her with a trip next month .

This poor woman is hooked and has to have them everyday we are there . They used the whole morning the last day of our trip to eat Dole Whips when I asked her how she could waste the last 6 hours we had in WDW for the trip she said this is what I came for LOL

So to answer your question IT is a WONDERFUL Non Dairy Pina treat !
