Been to st. louis?-science center or magic house

went to science center several times but a few years ago and would like to take the kids...have heard by some that the magic house is actually better....only have time to see one....which would you choose?? also, anyone been to the city museum, what's it like. thanks ahead

My MIL lives in St Louis, and the Magic House is on our list of must dos every time we visit. Both of my kids love going there. The only advice I can really givis get there around opening, and be ready to leave by lunch time (much like WDW!). It gets pretty crowded pretty quick, but there are lots of things to do!

My kids enjoyed the Magic House. We were there 2 years ago and DS8 still talks about what they did there. We have not been to the Science Center.....yet.

I have spent the night in the Science Center twice. Spent the night once in the Magic House. (Girl Scouts) Believe it or not I have NOT been to the City Museum. I need to do that!
I have heard great things about it.
How old are your kids?

my kids are 9, 7, and 5.......so which do you like better?

I would go to the Magic House hands down over the Science Center with those ages!
Now the City Museum may be better (not sure) but alas I have not been there to tell you if it is better for that age group.

My 9 year old dd loves the City Museum and the Magic House. If she had to pick one, she would pick the City Museum. It is pretty nice. I like the Magic House, because I can have lots of fun there too. Not that the City Museum isn't fun for adults, but it has more appeal for the kids. The Magic House is fun for ALL ages, and there is more for me to do there. I think either place would be better than the Science Museum and your kids would love which ever one you choose to visit.
