Beef Goulash with Bacon Dumplings?

In Sept 2009 we attend the Food and Wine Festival and had some amazing beef goulash with bacon dumplings as a snack. We purchased the Food and Wine cookbook at the Food and Wine Festival and its in there as well. My Husband has made it at home many times since and its very good. Looking to see if we can eat it again in Epcot but cannot find anywhere on the menus? Anyone know?

According to my 2009 cookbook, it is Goulash Mit Servietten Knoedel from Austria. I don't remember seeing a booth from Austria. The closest they have this year from what I remember, is spaetzle with ham and cheese at the Germany booth.
