Bed rails

I was wondering if the resorts have bed rails for children? My DS will be 21 months and I think the Pack n play would be too small for him (he is tall for his age). I just thought if they had bed rails to keep from falling out of the bed that would be great.

Yes. We used bedrails at ASMovies. You should request them on your reservation so they'll be in your room when you arrive.

Yup.. we always got them whenever we went, just ask at the desk at check in or call housekeeping.

We typically take our own but this would save us some packing space

We always have requested them at the Disney Resorts. So on a weekend trip last week we asked at two different hotels for bed rails and were told no they don't have any. I was shocked I really thought it was at all hotels they have them.

Little FYI ~ first stay @ ASMO I called housekeeping & requested 2 bedrails (1 for each side of bed w 2DDs), brought them up right away! Following year same request, again brought them up right away, however very nice man showed us beds slide right up against the wall! Really, Wonderful tight fit just like at home so now as soon as we check in, slide bed over & add 1 bedrail!

We have never requested bed rails, but have turned the chairs backwords and pushed them against the side of the bed. Try phoning your resort directly to find out. GOOD LUCK!!

The bedrails didn't cost extra.
The ones we were given looked a lot like the link below...plastic with mesh at the center...we did push the bed up against the wall on one side...then we put one railing at the foot of the bed and one railing on the side. (We have twins, and they are all over the bed when they sleep!)

I made the request over the phone when I booked our reservation, then reminded the front desk when we checked in. They were waiting in our room when we walked in.

They have bed rails in a limited supply. They didn't have any when we went in May, so we just used 3 pillows; one for DD's head and one on each side of her. It worked great!

This is great to know that most resorts do have them!! When we went in '04 we packed our own. They don't take up a whole of space but it is just something else to worry about! I will remember to ask when we go in the spring if they have them! Thanks again!!
