bed bugs anyone experience?

Friend has exterminator spraying for BED BUGS!!! Did anyone ever deal with this please share. Thanks.

This is becoming a problem in hotels and stores in the northeast. There have been at least 2 major NYC stores that had to close and fumigate their stores.

Bedbugs are difficult to eradicate. It may take 2 or 3 treatments as well as ripping up carpet and discarding furniture to get rid of them. Clothing has to be bagged and washed in hot water.

I don't wish this problem on anyone. How do I know so much? A very unfortunate bedbug situation occurred in a relative's home. She rents out an apartment on the second floor and the tenants brought them in.
