well, I'm back. I did complete my goal of finishing the Disney 1/2 Marathon within the timelimits. I even losst 4 pounds in Disney. I'm back and have to get back on track. I haven't moved since I got back except for snow shoveling. I have not been watching my portion sizes or my carbs and I now have gained 6 pounds and need to get those off and start of the next 20. Hoping to get it off by shorts season. If I don't workout I get so down. I'm hoping to get on plan again this week. I'm going to start with little steps and build back up to speed. I will increase my water and be careful with breakfast and lunch first. Dinner is always harder but I will work on it next week. I do love that I am so much stronger and healthier after my training and I don't want to go back to square one. Back on track starting NOW!!!!
