I love this update.... those streetmosphere pics are such fun! The green hat and the statue is too funny. We love DHS and always plan two days there. So many details, I always find something I hadn't noticed before.

Yup - a Les Chefs ressie at 4:50pm but no plans afterwards. My oldest is bringing his video camera too come to think of it. I shy away from pictures and video too but man that sounds like fun......

I love the Streetmosphere too! We've never interacted with them quite that much, but LOVE watching it! In December they just had them announcing things - like when the shows were, etc. And in September I don't think we saw any.... I JUST realized that. How could we not see them????? I have no memory relocation of them being there or seeing any skits - we almost always stop at least for a couple minutes. Are they possibly being removed from the park? I sure hope not, they are so fun and unique!

I have read that "some" of the streetmosphere folks were let go but not all. I hope we get to see Babs again, she was hilarious!

DHS is Bill’s favorite park, mine is Epcot. I love the landscaping, the architecture, the music, just everything. Here is the plan for this day:

Park hours/Itinerary:
Epcot 9am – 12:30am
- Close to Rope Drop
- Test Track (possibly), Ellen’s Universe of Energy, Innovations Pavilions, Mousegears
- Tequila bar in Mexico with TnT??? (Bad me trying to make booze dates in WDW)
- See some Christmas stuff around the World Showcase

Dining:
- Something in the room
- CS in World Showcase
- Grand Floridian Café 7:25pm (unless some plans take shape with Toni)

Meets:
- TnT, DevonsDisneyMom (Reese +), Mickey_Mom (Tracy +) I think there might be a Birthday

Drink Meet because Toni's bday is Dec. 1st, Reese's is the 3rd and mine is the 9th
Activities:
- Hopefully Voices of Liberty, other acts around the World Showcase and Illuminations

Bill and I really want to see all the Holidays around the World stuff. We want to watch all the “Santa’s” tell their stories. We really want to take time this trip to explore the shops etc in the World Showcase.

I love taking pictures at WDW, Bill says I see the parks more through the camera

than just enjoying it. I think for me it is about capturing the beauty, the memories, etc, because every time we go I can’t believe we are actually there.

I hadn’t been feeling well lately and just decided to sleep on the couch one day to get over whatever it was. Come to find out Bill was really busy while I was sleeping. He is HORRIBLE at keeping secrets so he decided to tell me he bought me a new camera for my birthday.

It is a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX5V. 10.2 megapixals with a 10x optical zoom. It has that panoramic sweep option on it too. I have been playing with it and here are some pictures I have taken so far:

We live across the street from a university and I wanted to see how good the zoom was. Here is a picture without the zoom of the clock tower, it is toward the left below the arm sticking out on the satellite:

Don’t you just love Bill’s prize possession, the DirecTV HD satellite?? That thing is huge. Anyway, here is the picture with it fully zoomed:

Now you know I had to follow Ace around with it. He was not too happy, but tolerated me. Here he is at the balcony doors, then playing with Bill on the bed:

Bill is playing Sims 3. We have both been playing it lately, even though I have killed my Sim by an invention setting her on fire and not putting her out in time. I didn’t save that game so she was brought back to life, then I had her playing her guitar in the park for tips and a meteor landed on her and killed her. Again, I didn’t save it. Sims 3 just wants to KILL ME!!

Ok, sorry about that off topic rant. One last picture, was taken with my old camera, but makes me smile. Isn’t it funny how a message board can seep into your everyday life? I took this picture and immediately thought of sweet Jordan, the trip report writer extraordinare:

I am still learning how to use the camera . I am annoyed that there wasn't a real manual, it is on CD so I can read it on my computer or I can print it out. That just makes me mad that Sony didn't include a real manual I could hold in my hands. I am old school .

I am thinking that I am dropping that Grand Floridian Cafe, I didn't really want to leave Epcot and I am going to voice that opinion to Mr. Bill.

I was amazed at the zoom, my other camera had a 3x zoom, this is 10. Bill was a sweetie to surprise me like that.

I hadn't said anything on the boards because I didn't want to jinx it. Bill got a us a D23 membership on Oct. 16th. We decided to try to get tickets for D23's Magic and Merriment event.

Today was the day to try to get tickets. It was a mess last year and I had it in my head we did not have a chance to get tickets. I didn't want to be disappointed.

I hopped online at the designated time and....
