Beaver Tails - what r they, how much and where can i find theM?

O CANADA!
Beaver tails are round and flat, made from dough shaped like a beaver tail that is probably fried like a donut. The original topping is cinnamon and sugar - kind of tastes like a sugar donut, even better if it's warm.

(yes, we spell it with a "u"), at the kiosk in front of the Canada pavilion.

Cheers, eh! :wave2:

Be aware that the beaver tail kiosk is closed more then its open.

I can vouch for what Sugermouse said about the kiosk being closed. We always check for it, and it has NEVER been open in our past few trips -- we have never tasted a beaver tail! When I ask one of the Canadian CMs about it, there is always some lame answer about the cooking machine being broken -- I think it is a standard answer for "they don't open it during less crowded times." We will be there the first week in December and will try again. Wish us luck.

VMS, Good luck! I will be there the day before you. I have never had them before and so looking forward to trying them on this trip because what I have heard on the disboards. I just hope they are open! ;) If not, I will just have to have a extra dole whip!

We've never been by when it is open and we are hungry either. They were open that week - just after 2:00pm. You may want to plan your WS jaunt for being at that end in the later afternoon - they seem to have a better chance of being open.

They do taste great! We had them with chocolate last May. We were lucky they were open.
