Does anyone know if this restaurant ever opens anymore?

Have been for the last two years in Nov and its never been open the week I have been there. Am going okay in Nov and just wondered if maybe my dream might come true and I'll get to eat again in there as I had a wonderful meal last time!

Alos does anyone know if the food at the Plaza Gardens is better at lunchtime rather than evening?

Beaver Creek Tavern wasn't open in May and wasn't open over the weekend either. I asked about it at City Hall and the impression I got from the CM is that it is permanently closed - not sure how accurate this is though! Possibly worth calling the reservations line to ask for November?
