1. I book as early as possible (dif places have dif timeframes) www.wdwig.com has that info. For example, Epcot restaurants can be booked further out than MK which are 60 days.

Ok-I'll plug the PS calculator for ya'! I used the PS calculator for our trip last year and it was great!! I printed it out and kept it at my desk so I knew when to call. There is also a place to write all the PS numbers down--that way all your information is on one sheet of paper that you can take with you.
