Bear Image @ WL

I understand that at night an image of a bear can be seen in the WL lights when looking from out on Bay Lake.Could someone please provide more information?Thanks.

You can also see it in the daytime. Look at the picture in my siggy. The 2 triangle windows of the middle building, at the top are the eyes. The bigger trangle in the middle is the mussel (sp?)
