Can you walk from Epcot to Beaches & Cream and if so how long would it take as we would like to try this on our next trip if we can manage to get a slot on our dinning plan

Yes you can walk. Takes about 10 minutes from the International Gateway.

Yes it's a very short walk (most likely will be faster than the boat ride).

Just keep right and don't go left to the boardwalk like I did!
