Is Beaches and Cream worth a TS credit?

We are staying at BC and plan to eat on property the day of arrival. We aren't visiting a park that day and DS (6) and DD (1) will probably be tired from all day travel. We have the DDP but I don't want to eat at Cape May for dinner.

I know that other options are venturing to BW or YC. And we don't HAVE to eat TS that night. I actually thought B&C was QS. Another option is to pay out of pocket and use the TS credit somewhere else.

Thoughts?

Beaches & Cream is a TS credit, but most will say it is not a good use of a TS credit because the entree menu is relatively limited and inexpensive. However, many like the fact that the specialty sundaes (excluding the Ktichen Sink) can be ordered with the Adult TS credit. One other thing to note is B&C now takes reservations. Considering how small it is, there may not be any walk up openings.

The Marketplace in the BC and the Boardwalk Bakery have a selection of sandwiches, salads and desserts. They are CS. ESPN and Big River Grill are TS, but do not take reservations.
