this is my first time to purchase voucher, i would like to go to beaches and cream , can i use the casual voucher?
and what can i choose? is it worth it?
can i choose their burger and icecream as desert?
if you get a burger (which comes with fries), do you still get a side? I'm just wondering...with creative sharing, would 2 of the vouchers be enough for 2A and 2C (ages 6 and 5)?
When we first began using the vouchers, we would split a double cheeseburger w/fries, get a side of onion rings, a cherry coke, and a sundae (even the kitchen sink). Once they took the kitchen sink away, it became a hit-or-miss with the "extra" side on the grill items - it really depends on your server. Sometimes the server will offer you another side, sometimes they count the fries as the side. If you order the salad, you definitely can get a side. The waitress told me that if I ordered a chicken caesar salad I could get fries, onion rings, soup or chili as a side.
Either way, 2 vouchers should feed 2 adults and 2 children. If you are sharing a burger, they often split it for you, giving you a bit more fries. The portions are of a good size, my mom had the hot dog with the works and couldn't finish half of it. For dessert you can get three scoop sundaes loaded with all kinds of toppings (almost a mini kitchen sink). You will definitely leave full.
No PS's are taken for B & C. You can use the vouchers at either lunch or dinner.
I spoke with the manager on duty last month, and the fries are definitely counted as the side. In fact, he stated only the onion rings or the fries were available to choose from for that side.
Also, the beverage can no longer be a milk shake or other ice cream or specialty drink. That would be counted as your dessert. I still feel it is a great value though and would not hesitate to visit them with my vouchers in the future.
when we went in jan our server was nice enough to give us 1/2 fries 1/2 ors but she said that is kind of a no no( she suggeseted it when we couldn't decide ) she was a great server and split our meal for us in the kitchen ( maria) we had plenty for lunch with one voucher split between 2 adults with only the one side, although we found that to be the case at every q/c place we went to! usually skimpy portion size is not the problem at wdw imo!
