Beaches and Cream Hours?

What time does Beaches and Cream close at night? I can't seem to find the hours anywhere. Is there a reliable place online to get the hours for all WDW restaurants? I know that some of them are on Allears.net, but it does not seem to have Beaches and Cream and many others. Any replies are appreciated. Thanks.

Can DD who is allergic to milk have anything there? Any yummy Rice Cream treats (sorry if that's an oxymoron, we learn to compromise)....

I seen it somewhere, but i don't remember at this moment. It was at 11:00pm. I know this because i wanted to know when they closed and when the pepper market closed. I found beaches and cream, but not the pepper market. If you all know when the pepper market closes let me know.
