We are currently in a studio in the beach club villas we have no hot water has anyone else had any issues?

Already been down to reception twice they called maintenance both times first time was 7 am this morning got told it 3.30 it would be sorted shortly

Sorted now they have given us $200 test credit as an apology

Did they ever give you any explanation? Did it effect just your villa or a whole area? I've had at least 15-20 BCV stays, and never been without hot water. I wonder if it's related to the rehab work going on.

Got back tonight not working again
Had maintenance round tonightmanaged to get Luke warm water
There doesn’t seem to be any rooms around us occupied so nobody to ask if they have the same problem
They have now given us substantial compensation and have been told the contractors are back tomorrow so hopefully it will be fixed
