Beach Hoppin' With the Wigdout Gang! A super speedy trip report.

I don't know if you have a Character Outlet anywear nearby, but the one in St. Augustine has cruise merchandise and also stuff from Castaway Cay. Of course it's not the same as getting it there, but it's a LOT cheaper!

So glad you got to enjoy Palo! Brunch is our favorite, but we love dinner, too! Castaway Cay...aaaahhhhh...miss it so much!

Beyond beautiful! I could stay at Castaway Cay forever! Those two day there cruises are very tempting!

The most recent cruise we did was the double dip (two stops at CC). Pure heaven!!!

I did drag a beach chair into the water and sit for a while too!
Baylor wasn't old enough for the teen area, he's only 11 and honestly his group thought they were a bit too old for the younger area 3-12 isn't that quite a range?
So they spent most of their time up on the sports courts!

The characters - you were so lucky! And Devine - how cool. Great pics. My Lost on Safari will have to wait - we're skipping AK this trip. But I've found some worthy alternatives at Brown Derby and Boma!

Cruise - OH MY! That takes me back and now I want to go again!!! So great! I'm glad you enjoyed Nassau - I've had good and bad there. I think it can be as fun as you make it. Still haven't gotten to Palo, so thanks for the pics. Another reason to go again. DH is eyeing some cruises for next spring break. (Yeah, that will be cheap!)
I like your little mickeys on your door - I used magnetic strips and stuck them on the back for ours. It was simpler than magnetic paper, but I did a couple large ones with that too.

Castaway Cay - even better than it was before!!! I appreciate your shopping pics since I always wonder what they have new and different! It all looked new since I was there in December. Oh these TRs get me so excited!!! The sad thing is I was expecting this summer to be our last WDW trip for 2 years since we are going to Europe in summer 2011 (Disneyland Paris???). Now I want to go back sooner!!

I need more money.

I want one of those! Towels are one of my favorite souvenirs.

The beach is beautiful, and the ship is enormous! Wow!

I just happen to know someone going next June that would be more than happy to get you a towel if you don't have one by then....
Minnie was so sweet, we just happened upon her as she was coming out, no line at all!
That picture is a carbon copy of one taken by photo pass folks! No specials on those CDs though!
I think we got freebies for for two of them though, can't remember why. It might have been a DVC perk. Someone that's cruised before can maybe remind me...

You did GREAT! I love shopping pictures. It looks like they got some cool stuff in. I like the CC photo album and scrapbook stuff. I also like the towels and shirts.

We need to try Palo's on our next cruise. I hear they're also going to have some French restaurant called Remy's on the Dream. We are picky so I don't know if we would like it though. When is your next cruise?
I know you guys have been super busy, but have you planned any ADR's for your Dec trip? I just realized (the other day) that it's time to book them. It seems so far away. I'm having trouble deciding on where to go. We were thinking about trying Shula's, but DS (9) would be with us....He loves fancy $$ food, but can kids go? I don't think they have a kids menu. So many possibilities! Of course, how many trips from now is that for you???? 2 or 3???? I need more points!

We cruise June 3, 2011.
Baylor has changed his mind about the December trip and thanks to you we just made all of our ADRs!
Kids can go to Shula's, I don't remember a kids menu though, we didn't have Baylor that trip.
We have the trip next Saturday, the October trip then, Christmas!
It's really time to plan a Spring Break trip!

Wigd: Poolrat and I had lunch together today and as we were walking out there was cold case at the door and they had parfaits in them. Poolrat and I both looked at them as we walked by and at the same time we both said "Ohhhh parfaits!" We were both thinking about you and your parfaits! Then, as we were walking up the street to catch our respective trolley's we walked by a street vendor selling BBQ. Poolrat said the smell reminded her of being in AK. I think we need a 12 step program.

We have a late Spring Break next year and we are working on booking that trip right now. I think we will be missing everyone that we normally had a chance of seeing. Oh well, I'm sure we will have a chance of meeting up with some DISers that we haven't seen before!

We had hoped to rent a car for the next trip but prices have gone way, way, up! So it's not looking so good right now unless some deals come out.
