Beach Club Villas Room Views and questions

First time staying at BCV.

Just a few questions: Do any of the 1BR Villas have a tiny balcony or am I safe to assume I will have a full balcony? My 15 year old son likes to sleep in and we like to sit on the patio to start the day.

I've requested pool/water view. We live in Wisconsin and would rather not look at trees from our balcony. We see them every day at home.

So that being said, I've heard it's best to not request too many specifics on your room, BUT.. water view and balcony are equally importnat. Any suggestions????

There is another awesome thread that lists views from the rooms. For the most part it is BC. Does anyone have any BCV water view pics you could share?

I'm not sure if there are any juliette balconies at the BCV's but these pictures I took from our trip seems to show all full balconies and even some extra large balconies. These rooms are all poolside.

Also, I just wanted to tell you that if you click on my trip report "our best vacation etc.." it has some pictures of the views from our room.

We stayed in the Villas a few years back and we had requested "higher floors, facing Epcot". Our wish was pleasantly granted and we were on 4th floor and facing the big ball at Epcot. It glowed at night and we could even hear a bit of Off Kilters music in the early evenings. It was WONDERFUL! There were some trees, as almost all of Disney has trees, albeit, beautifully landscaped, of course. There was also a moat of water if we looked down. REally pretty. quiet. Ill take Palm Trees, tropicals and beautiful, flowering Creppe Myrtle trees over Oaks, pines and evergreens anyday! (We're in IL)

As far as I know, all of the rooms in the BC villas have at least a full balcony, some have larger balconies.

I'm not really an expert on the villas- are there bookable view categories like at the resort (standard, garden, water) or do you just book the type of villa (studio, 1BR, 2BR)?

I did start a BCV room thread, and there are some views as well as room pictures there. I would love to see more pictures added by guests!!!

Thanks for leading me to your thread of room pics! I booked the 1BR Villa, but requested a pool view room. When I told the CM what I was most interested in, she suggested that view.
