Sorry if this is a foolish question. I am a new DVC member and BCV is our home. I am in need of 11 points (I have 29 remaining) to make a ressie for a 2 bedroom villa for March of 2005. Is it possible to rent from you even though you do not have any more transferrable points left? Please let me know. Thanks.

you would have to rent 40 points from me, at $10.25 per point?

Then rent your 29 points out to someone else, at $10.50 per point, who wants transferrable points.

I have rented 450 of my 600 BCV Points in the last last week,
the non transferrable points at $10.25 per point
the transferrable points at $10.50 per point
and traded some bcv points for a stay at MBPT in Ft lauderdale,FL and got in my eyes, about $15.00 per point

The BCV points that you and I own, are valuable in my opinion, becuase it is getting very very hard, to get into BCV, at 7 month window.

It is hard to get into BCV, like early December, even 9 months out

Great that works for me. I would be interested in getting 40 points then to be used for the night of March 15. We have an existing reservation from March 16 through March 24. Is it possible to just add on to this reservation so we don't have to change rooms? Thanks.

all of my BCV points are gone.

I rented all 600 BCV POINTS IN Less than one week, or used them to trade with a NEW DVC Friend, for two weeks at MBPT in FT LAUDERDALE,FL.

I received $10.38 per point average, for BCV in cash
or
as far as I am concerned, received $15.00 per point, for trade of my BCV POints, for stay at MBPT in Ft Lauderdale,Fl. (This is based on rack rate x 1/2-divided by total poimts given in trade)
