Buses start running at 6:30 every day, so you can take the bus to MK and the monorail or boat to the Poly.

When you get on the bus, mention to the driver that you actually need to go to Poly for an ADR. They has been anectdotal evidence that drivers are allowed to detour in the morning for dining guests, however YMMV.

I would take a taxi.

If you're going to take the bus, you're going to need to be at the bus stop by 6:30. You cannot risk missing that first bus.

Don't expect the first bus to arrive at Beach Club right at 6:30; it might, or it might be 20 minutes later. But it should get you to MK within 20 minutes, which leaves enough time to get the monorail to Poly. And, as stated, do tell the driver where you are going; he or she may be able to make some magic.

If you're waiting for the bus and it's getting too close to 7:00 for comfort, you can always bail out a grab a cab.

Taxi. It gains you an extra hour of sleep for not much money. Plus it is a lot less stressful than waiting for a bus to show up.
