Hi there..we will be at BVCs from July 22-28th in a studio..just wanted to verify:

1) what is the size of the pullout sofa bed?

2) have all the beds been recently replaced?

THanks

The studio pullouts are full size.

We had the old style sofa on our trip in November 06 while some people were reporting having the newer style. They don't replace them all at one time. Maybe the front desk or maintenance could tell you if they have all been replaced by now.

The sleeper sofa in the living room of the one or two bedroom is a queen sized sleeper sofa.

They are the new style and are queen size.

The sleep sofa size depends on where it is in the unit as well as the room type.

To summarize:

Studios - 1 queen bed and a double sleep sofa

Living room of the 1 & 2 bedroom units - queen sleep sofa

2nd bedroom of a dedicated 2 bedroom unit - either 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa

I don't know how many or which sleep sofas are the newer version.

Studios have double sized sleeper sofas with a queen sized bed.

Perhaps the new sleeper sofas are bigger then, because it sure looks like the same size as the bed.

We just stayed in a BCV studio this Feb., 2007. The pull-out couch was a full-size one and it had just been replaced. It was more comfy than my bed at home! :lmao:

This makes sense. We're in a 2 BR lock-off and have the queen bed & queen sleep sofa.

A lockoff is just a one bedroom and studio with the door open between. So a lockoff would have a double sized sleeper sofa in the second bedroom.

Well something is off here. How much difference is there between a "double" and a "queen"? I don't have a ruler, but I stretched a cord across each one and there is less than 2" difference in width. Length is the same.
