Has anyone used this service and could you give me your opinion or input on the Club and how your children did? I would really appreciate it. We are going in January and this is the first time without Grandparents along. We wanted to go out maybe one night and DS seems like he wants to do this but, I am a little hesitant. Thanks in advance for all of your help!

My DD7 loves the Sandcastle CLub. :flower: She has been to all of the Kid's clubs over several trips and by far the SC is her favorite. We actually have her booked there for Friday and Sunday nights this coming week.

There are many things for the kids to do while there. Games, toys, video games, other children to play with ("new friends" my DD calls them). It is a nice break from us and all the running around.

To ease your mind, stay close, have dinner and then check in. If all is well, head over to Epcot WS for some adult only time. :love2: We do this every trip. It makes the vacation much more relaxing to get a couple hours break from each other.

Try it...he'll like it and you will love it!

We put our kids in on our Anniversary night. They were excited when they saw the amount of things that were available to them and when we came back for them, it took us 20 min. to get them out. They still talk about it.

They were the first to arrive but when we came to pick them up the club was full. The kids were all playing relatively quietly - the staff seemed to have things well under control.

I would have no concerns about leaving them again.
Have fun...

My daughter enjoys the Sandcastle Club. I wrote about her experience there in a trip report -- click here and look for the post entitled "Beach Club Villas Day Two, Part 2," and click here and look for post # 132.

I have a few photos of the kids club that my daughter took -- click here.

I think it depends on how old your kid is. My 11 year old was bored silly at the Sandcastle, but loved the one at the Dolphin. At the Dolphin, they took them to the coffee shop for dinner and to the arcade. At the Sandcastle, they ordered in dinner and watche a movie. He was so happy when we picked him up, but we had to pull him away from the Dolphin.
