I am trying to decide what to request as far as a room at the Beach Club...ew have reserved waterview and requested non-smoking..other than that I am at a loss...anyone offer an insight?
I was looking at either 4727, 0r 5727 maybe..they look like they are on the end...

i woul've searched instead of posting but everytime I go to search it says search function disabled...very frustrating:confused:

Hi there... the 5th floor is concierge - 4 would be best for a view above the trees (there are many trees!)

Some people like the patios on the first floor and find it convenient.

Not all rooms have a full balcony - this is something to think about too.

I requested non-smoking, with a nice view of stormalong bay - that is what I am hoping for - I wouldn't request a specific room number as it would set me up to be disappointed - I am more vague LOL.

Good luck - hope you have the perfect room,

We were in 5669 (concierge) and hated it. It was smaller than is typical and had double beds (not queens). We had to move furniture back and forth to get on to the balcony (full balcony, a plus). I had read on the BC FAQ thread that these room exist, well they do! I don't know how many, but if we chose the BC again (probably not) my requests would include, "standard size room with queen size beds!" It was pretty bad with five of us, two adults and three teens.

Also, that whole courtyard is heavily treed. We could not see one drop of water. I'm not sure you could from any of those room.

P.S. Concierge lounge was wonderful and the kids loved the pool. The walk to Epcot was very convenient since we ate most dinners in the WS.

Last year I asked at the time of making the ressie for a room close to EPCOT. It was great! We were only 3 rooms down from the sidewalk that leads to International Gateway with a standard view on the first floor.

The first day there we were so jet-legged and tired that we took a nap almost upon walking into the room. I was awaken by sounds that I thought was thunder but was too rhythmic. I then realized it was the beating of the drums at the EPCOT parade. I had no idea how close we really were to EPCOT. I thought it was fantastic.

I have reserved a waterview this year but with changing the original ressie to the FTP I believe my request for "close to EPCOT' was lost. Is it possible ask for that area upon check-in or would it be better to fax the request prior to arriving?

I hesitate on this because I feel like I am being demanding.

We are thinking about BC concierge for next summer. We need queen size beds for my tall husband and teens so I'll guess I'll put that in a request. Didn't know they rooms with double beds in. Thanks for letting me know.

Does anyone know if any of the rooms with Double beds also have day beds?
