I liked the program! But I would like to offer a slight criticism of the "flagged" issue.
I understand the point that DIS/Pete don't want the appearance of a review being corrupted by some special services provided by the resort. These days, that kind of effort to maintain integrity and credibility is most admirable and in very short supply. Thanks for the honesty!
However, if you want the review to be uncorrupted, the people doing the reviewing need to act like regular guests. From the discussion on the show, unless there is something else (it wasn't clear when the treats were delivered), it appears that Jackie might have triggered the flag (I love Jackie!!). She had a problem with her magic band room entry and, as she mentioned, rather than go to the front desk, she called IT to fix the problem. I've been going to DW every year for 20+ years, many years multiple times, I don't know IT's phone number. Jackie's "unusual" call based upon her specialized knowledge may have triggered the ensuing flow of "good will." I think you're doing reviews of how regular guests are treated, not reviews for people who know the secret buttons to push. So try to act dumb, like me!!
