Beach Club Resales

Finally decided to take the plunge! Looking at Beach Club resales & was wondering if those w/ current experience passing ROFR could let me know the bottom line price per point that's passing. I see some listings for $90-$93 per point, then I'm seing listings for $84 per point & that seems too low to me. Any help would be appreciated!

It really depends on a couple of factors.
- how many total points in the contract. Smaller contracts, ie.. 25 - 100, get more $ per point.
- banked points, or no points until 2008 or 2009? With banked points, you will pay more to compensate for points not used by seller that you will use. If seller has used all points through current UY and you don't recieve points until 2008 or 2009, this is a stripped contract which would be less $ per point since you wouldn't get this UY points.

We just bought into BCV at $88 a point 150 points, seller paying all closing costs. $88 is about the lowest I have seen around. The seller was asking $84 but have seen some around that range not make ROFR.

The TTS listed my BCV contract 50 pt today at $97/pt and it is sold already. Amazing!

PS. We just added on through Disney, BCV a 75 and a 25 point contract.
