Beach Club Refurbishments - January 2024

Hello,
We are going to be on property January 27 - February 03. We are currently booked at Yacht Club with a standard room view. We noticed today that Beach Club Water view is only ~$200 more.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if all of the Beach Club rooms have been refurbished at this point? (This is non-DVC Villa, just the regular hotel rooms).

Is there other work still being completed at Beach Club?

The refurb at BC was completed this summer. Not sure if the villas are finished, but that won’t affect the BC. No other rehabs going on in the building. DFB had some pictures.

edit… the pool rehab @CarolynFH reports below is supposed to be from October 30 to late December.

For anyone reading this thread and wondering about the DVC villas at BC, their refurbishment is complete as well. The quiet pool there is being worked now, however.
