Beach Club Laundry Locations Still Available? (Laundryview?)

Don't know how many other people use it, but we've always used (and appreciated!) the Laundryview website/app during our previous Beach Club and Boardwalk Inn stays because it sure saves a lot of footsteps!
We're going back to DW in a few weeks, staying again at the BC and have been checking the Laundryview website and app to verify laundry availability. Maybe I'm missing something, but both the "Beach Club Inside" and "Beach Club Tidal" machines are apparently not being detected, has been the case for the last month plus, so now wondering if they are even still there? Or maybe moved or shut down? Or maybe just not supported by Laundryview anymore? I can't imagine BC getting rid of their laundry rooms, but sure would like to know before we arrive so we'll know how to pack! I did see that the Boardwalk Inn machines and availability are showing up on Laundryview as good as always, so that's what caused my concern.

Thanks, erionm. I did download it, but seems it won't give machine availability until an account is set up with the intent of paying through the phone app with a credit card number or other types of phone payments.
Because I would rather not make a payment from an account on or through my phone, I'll wait until we arrive and see if there is an C/C option for payment directly on the machines like there used to be.
Being able to (just) check machine availability and status on Laundryview after a simple app download, or website check on our PC, sure was nice but at least it seems clear that the wonderful Beach Club still has laundry facilities available. That's the main thing to us so we can pack a lot lighter!

A CC option t is not directly available on the machines. You will need to tap your NFC enabled smartphone on the Sticker on each machine or Scan the QR code and pay online without the app, you have to enter your credit card details each time. You can pay by Apple Pay, Credit Card or Google Pay.

The app is nice it keeps track of your load and the time left. You can open the app, and it will tell you the remaining time for each load. So, if you have more than one load you’ll want to download the app. You currently should get at $5 Credit when you register an ID on the app.

I could be mistaken, but I feel like when we were at the YC in March this was no longer an option. I think we had to scan the code or get the app.

We're a long time empty-nester older couple that love Disney World so much that I think we'll keep going back as long as we're upright. Finally just trying to get used to smartphones so we can use MDE, but looks like we'll have to push a little harder and get used to paying by phone for the Laundryview-replacement company. I guess this is supposed to be progress. Oh well.

Just to clarify that you are not required or limited to only pay using your Smartphone and the CSCGO app. There is an alternative I mentioned above but I cover that option in more specific detail below.

You can just use your Smartphone to scan the QR (Black and White image) sticker using your Smartphone Camera to open a web page where you are able to manually enter your Credit / Debit card information on a per use basis. Sort of a comprise to storing your CC information on your smartphone

Well it is somewhat complex since LaundryView is now a part of CSC Services Works as is CSCGO app. More consolidate in the Laundry field. The new solution has rolled out in the last year and I think the conversion should be complete or almost complete at all resorts.

The CSCGo app is fine and works well. It just requires you to setup an account to see and manage your washing / drying options. The world is moving to the app world from the web pages of yesteryear.

Does this work for DVC Locations like OKW or Kidani since they are free for DVC? I don't want to have to go to the trouble of downloading and signing up for it if they are not there.

No not that I am aware of since the DVC Laundry rooms are you correctly indicated are free. Let me take a look in my app.. one moment please... None of the DVC properties are listed in the CSCGO app when searching by the Zipcode 32830.

I don't spend a lot of time in DVC laundry rooms, admittedly. But stayed in a FW Cabin recently and used their laundry room - no electronic anything, just plain ol' fashion free washers and dryers. So many people were walking in trying to hold their phone up to the machines for apple pay or find a credit card reader, I had to tell them 'it's free!'
