How is Beach Club with quick service options? Easy with picky kids, or kids with food allergies? What are the food choices? If you purchase at Beach Club marketplace, where do you take the food to sit and eat?

There is a room called the Solarium which is right across the hall from Beach Club Marketplace. You can sit down and eat there. Or in your room. Or the lobby. Or by one of the pools.

You can look at the menus in the app or on the website.

Beach Club Marketplace:

lunch: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/beach-club-resort/beach-club-marketplace/menus/lunch
dinner: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/beach-club-resort/beach-club-marketplace/menus/dinner

There also will be some grab-and-go items at Beach Club Marketplace. For example, I bought Babybel cheese, grapes, and a gluten free/vegan brownie.

If you are staying at Beach Club, you also can go over to the Market at Ale & Compass at the Yacht Club.

There are grab-and-go items at Market at Ale & Compass, but I think Beach Club Marketplace has more.

Restaurant options at the nearby BoardWalk:

The nearby Swan and the nearby Dolphin also have restaurants, but the best way to see their menus is to download their app.

In addition to the Solarium, there is outdoor, covered seating as well on the pathway between Marketplace and BCV. PP offered a nice, extensive list of options in the area. We much prefer the Market at YC if you don't mind a bit of a walk. We find the QS to be lacking, in general, in that area, but the BC and YC QS still beats BWI, which is abysmal.

The deluxe resorts are really not that good if you want a QS with variety and, for us, that is a big negative and our DDs are not very picky. LOL I would also look at maybe getting to the park earlier and eating there.

...another option is across the lake, at the Boardwalk, where you can purchase a pizza.

The bar at Stormalong Bay [Hurricane Hanna's] has pretty standard stuff with an outside seating area. Last time we stayed there they had chicken fingers and chips served in a pail.
