I have a photo that is soooo similar. Mine is from CSR. We were walking back to our room from the Pepper Market and there were a bunch of people looking over the railing down into the water. The gator was about 10 feet out from where we were standing but the drop from the walkway to the water was also about 10 feet. It was really neat, not scary at all. If it had been sitting in the grass beside the path that would have been scarey

We talked with a CM that said the gators can stay until they are about 4ft long.
