Beach Club-full balcony

We are staying at the BC in April for the second time. We are getting a garden view, but would like a full balcony. Is there is certain bed combination that we would have a better chance of getting a full balcony? There are only 2 of us and any combination is fine--2 queen, 1 queen-day bed, etc. Thanks

Just place a request for a full balcony. Remember though, a request is just that, a request. There is no guarantee that it will be met. Do not do on-line check-in but when meeting with the reservation castmember when you arrive, just ask if the room assigned has your requested full balcony. If not, ask to be moved to a room that has one. They will do it if the resort is not full.

I am not aware that any particular bedding configuration would give you a better chance at a full balcony, but having the flexibility in bedding due to your party size of 2 will give the room assigner a slightly better than average opportunity to grant your request.

As katesdad suggests above, add the request to your reservation, don't do the online advanced checkin, and discuss your options at the desk when you are checking in at the resort.

We stayed in a garden view room at the Beach Club last month. We requested a full balcony and a daybed. We did online check-in. Luckily we received both our requests. We had two queen beds, the day bed and the full balcony. It was 2624 I think. I liked the location because it was very close to the elevator and also very close the Marketplace. There was even a stairway from our floor to the lobby.

Just put it in the request. Be aware though, we have had 6 stays in BC, not once did we get a full balcony. We also didn't know about 'requests' for something like that. (thanks to the DIS I know better now!) Without asking for it, you are likely to get a Juliette, like us.
