Does Beach Club & Yacht Club Share the same Club Level Dining ? or is it 2 Different ones ? if so can you go to both or only the Resort you are staying at ? What is the menu for 2017 for the 5:00 to 7:00 Hour ?

They are two different lounges. You can only go to the one of which you have a resort reservation.

Unfortunately CL 'menus' change all the time so a bit tough to answer specifically. The BC/YC thread is very active, maybe ask or search for recent CL experiences over there if you don't get much traction here.

They are sister resorts and share the pool, but each resort has its own CL. As the pp's stated, you only have access to the CL at the resort you stay at.
