I've read the official anniversary/cake thread as long as my attention would hold on... 51 pages!!! 
We'll be at the Beach Club next week and it will be my DSs 2nd birthday. He's a big Mickey Mouse fan. I love the Mickey head cakes (I've seen the Boardwalk pic and actually have that one on order. I also have the Mickey Head from the Beach Club on order while we decide.). The problem is that a few people in the family don't want all that chocolate, and it seems like the Beach Club cake is chocolate/chocolate frosting. They want chocolate cake/some other frosting.
Does anyone have any recommendations for designs/flavors from the Beach Club bakery? Pictures would be very appreciated, too.
