On past trips I have gotten a fast pass on a different website for lunch at Be Our Guest because I think they were testing it and it worked great. But I heard something about it turning into reservations or opening fast passes to everyone and I was wondering if anyone knew the deal with that?

We are going in October and this is the one place I have had to visit each trip since it opened and want to make sure I know if I need to book something or what.

For lunch you can now make an ADR 180 days out, just like at a table service restaurant. The lunch experience is the same though.....you can order from a kiosk once you're there and choose your own table.

It's a regular ADR now. Breakfast (until July 18th... for now), lunch, and dinner.

Is that all you can do besides get there at opening? I have NEVER had luck getting reservations there and it's heartbreaking. I've been trying for dinner since the day it opened. And with the fast passes I actually got in.

There are boards on here of people who have ADR's but are giving them up. If you're lucky, you'll find someone who is giving them up and you can coordinate and snag them as soon as they cancel. It works! I just did it.

Also, I've noticed that you can pick up reservations between the day before and a few days before the day you visit the parks. Last minute cancellations can be awesome!

I'm not sure what the situation is like if you show up at lunch without a reservation now. I'm sure an option to book breakfast will open up for you in a couple of months or so if you can't get a lunch or dinner reservation. I bet some lunch reservations will open up in October once breakfast is available to book. Good luck!

I am the kind of person that will be trying daily for the next 5 months. But my heart will be broken if we can't get in.

You didn't mention when in October you are going. I would think lunch ADRs are still available. Dinner ADRs seem to go first. Might not get ideal times but it still seems early.

In November & December they were telling walk-ups that the restaurant was at capacity, however if you went to that link you could make a reservation. It appeared that they were already preparing guests for a "reservation only" mentality.

you can make ADR's for it 180 days in advance.
and you can preorder anywhere from 30 days to 5 minutes prior.

i just went 2 weeks ago and it worked out great.

i too have to go every trip because i love it so much.
i've been 5 times now.
