Be Our Guest - FP+ / Resort Reservation with LETTER???

OK - trying to help a friend make BRG reservations. She logs in with her MDE account and is asks her for her resort reservation number. Problem is her confirmation has 2 letters in it and it won't let her type them in! Seems to only want to accept numbers.

Is there some other number it's looking for????

People have reported success with numbers on the Magic Band confirmation or numbers from the ME tags. It took my resort # so I don't know the particulars but there are a few big BOG threads that address that issue.
