Be Our Guest Fastpass + & VA Online Check in Questions

I've been trying to book a lunchtime fastpass for Be Our Guest and was wondering which res no. I should be entering on the site? Tried the one on MDE and the one we received from WDTC but neither of those work?

Also do I have to contact WDTC to receive the info I need in order to check online for the flight?

The lunch time fast pass+ for BOG is still on a trial basis, and apparently you get an email or notification with a reservation number.

I only know this as I was trying to book it myself and nothing was working so I called wdtc and that is what they told me. He also mentioned that it will generally happen closer to the time of your holiday as in from 30 days out.

Hi, I tried to book BOG for lunch today with no success. I called WDW who confirmed that this is still by invitation only and is only for guests staying onsite. I was listening to a DISboard Podcast by Pete Werner a couple of days ago and they said that onsite guests COULD book a fastpass and the invitation only e mail wasn't mentioned but obviously there is a bit of confusion about this. Even the cast member on the phone had to go and check. About the reference number you have to enter when attempting to make the booking, it's not on our WDW invoice, I was given the twelve digit number by the booking agent and I've got it written on a piece of paper. Hope this helps.

I used the link rather than an email invite to book BOG and while I could get into the page it wouldn't allow me to book until May opened up which was on the 3 April, once the month was open for bookings it was easy to use.

I got the number needed from MDE, on my laptop rather than app, under my Magic Bands but it has disappeared from there now my booking is so close.

Regards your flights, if you booked your flight through Disney phone them up and they will give you your flight confirmation number and if its with BA you can then use that number plus surname to log-in in to BA under Manage Your Flight and all your details will come up and show you when you can do online check-in etc.

Edited to add, I see you are flying with Virgin, I guess it will be similar to BA as regards your flight check in.

Used our FP for BoG yesterday. Only question asked was your name, if your name is on the list you are sent straight to the castle and given the name of the cm controlling that line. We had no email invite and booked via the link.

They had problem with the system so had to order our food again. This was done via magic band so no rose, found a table in the West Wing and our server found us quickly.
