Be Our Guest Fast Pass - anyone else have this happen?

Our trip is mid December and as of this morning, we are able to make fast pass+ bookings for our trip. Before I make those, I wanted to see if I could make a fast pass+ booking for Be Our Guest restaurant for lunch.

I went to the special website and logged in successfully. I then entered our reservation number (the number I found in our Disney account when I hovered over the online check-in link in our account). It seemed to go through....but then when I got to the screen that asked if we were celebrating anything, the screen froze. I exited out and tried to re-enter. Now when I try to enter our reservation number, I get the message, "Guest is Already Registered" and it won't let me go any further. Any thoughts??

Also, we are not doing Magical Express. I read that sometimes these reservations are linked with Magical Express. Could this be the problem? Help!:confused3
 
I have never been able to log in successfully and have always gotten the 'guest already registered'. I even tried the 12 digit code on my DME tickets. Nothing.

I was told I had to wait until I was at the resort and ask the conceirge to make a reservation for me.

Very frustrating. :mad:
 
Thanks for the report. It IS so frustrating. I've helped several people book this fast pass for their November trips, and I was so excited to do it for my family in December. :( Have you successfully gotten concierge to book a reservation for you when you got to the hotel? I'm just worried there won't be any availability by that time.
