As of last October, yes and yes. You can also still walk around to look at the dining rooms if you want, as long as you're masked and distanced from other diners.

Since BOG re-opened and lunch became a TS, yes. At least that is what Disney Food Blog posted and a primary reason I made a lunch adr (So I hope it is true!)

This will be our first time at BOG (early June)...do you request a dining room before hand, or when you check in (or do they just seat you where there’s an opening)?

They seat you wherever there’s an opening. If you have a preference you can ask at checkin, they may be able to accommodate (although you might have a longer wait).
