Be Our Guest Breakfast

I am considering making an ADR for breakfast. Does everyone in our party have to order a meal? Are cupcakes available at breakfast? It will be our friends first trip and they really want to see the inside of the restaurant, but we have a late lunch scheduled at Cinderella's Royal Table. Hoping we can just order dessert, or maybe one meal if needed.
