The official Disney page says this is a "Fast Casual, Quick Service" restaurant. Does this mean you can order food without ADR? Can I order and go sit down with my food like Cosmic Ray's?

You still need an ADR for be our guest even though it is considered a quick service credit for breakfast and lunch.

You do order and go sit down wherever you want, but unlike Cosmic Ray's, you still need an ADR if you want the opportunity to do so. It is like this for breakfast and lunch; dinner is still a regular TS restaurant.

Sometimes. Sometimes, a cast member seats you.

For dinner, it is TS, and requires ADR.
