so our next trip we’re going to try to score a coveted dinner reservation at BOG. It’ll be after they turn to the Grand Prix menu with French inspired dishes. I read the appetizers for adults were 1) octopus leg 2)escargot and 3) a liver pate spread with some other items like bread or crackers ect. My husband has a pretty bad shellfish allergy, he can be in the area of shellfish however if the area isn’t well ventilated while it’s being cooked or if his skin touches shellfish for a couple of minutes and of coarse if he ingests shellfish he has a pretty severe reaction including hives, vomiting and trouble breathing. The appetizers 2 or the 3 are in the shellfish family and he’ll have a reaction. I’ve dealt with allergy situations at QS meals but not a TS meal. Will they offer him some kind of different appetizer?

When you make your ADR, make sure you add that someone in your party has an allergy (there’s an area for adding that and what specific allergy it is). Disney does a stellar job with accommodating food allergies. But knowing ahead of time would give them more time to accommodate a special request.
