Be careful of Video Professor's "free offer"

What they advertise as their "free offer" and what they deliver are very slightly different. But significantly different.

I don't know about the quality of their lessons, but their customer service leaves much to be desired, and apparently they have a very poor rating with the BBB.

Personally, I won't do any further business with them, nor will I recommend them to anyone. They may have "the best training lessons" on CD, but with this misrepresentation and hassle, it's not worth it. I'll go to Comp USA and buy individual programs instead.

I'm curious - what did they do? I couldn't use their programs anyway, because I have a Mac, but you have peaked my curiosity.

Get you to sign up for 3 lessons, make you understand that all you have to do is return the 3rd *LESSON*, then charge you for the first 2 because you didn't return the third DISK of each LESSON.
