We need to get back to Biloxi here soon since both my parents are buried at the National Cemetary and I wonder how it's recovered. I basically grew up there from 1958 to 1966 from the 6th grade thru HS and when I left for college and my parents lived there from 58 to 96 when my Dad passed away and haven't been back. We were there for both Hurricanes Betsy and Camille and the houses along HighwaY 90 never recovered after Camille went thru. After Katrina everything east of Keesler got wiped slick because that is where the raised RR tracks went down to sea level. Our home was across the tracks where the Jeff Davis museum across Pass Road near Pop's Ferry so it faired well even thru Katrina,

I found Lug's campsite but he was not there. When I went back, the site was empty. I owe him a Kungaloosh with blackberry brandy.

Aaawww Biloxi...spent 6 months there attending USAF technical training in '91. I must have driven past the Jeff Davis museum at least 50 times (on my way to the mall and Hardees). After Katrina hit I spent a lot of time on the internet trying to find out how the people made it through the storm...scary, very scary.

Getting back to the OP, I was thinking that wearing the suit would make for some interesting reactions in the Fort :scared1: but imagine wearing that for very long in the heat and humidity..."Dad, the gorilla just passed out...saying something about Kungaloosh" :lmao:

OK i think that you just convinced me to get it!

Okay...but if a gorilla photo appears in the wildlife thread we'll know it's you :lmao: I was just thinking about the guest questions to a CM..."Does the fort have any gorillas?" "No, why?" "Well, I just saw one in loop 3000..." :thumbsup2
