Be aware of palmetto bugs in the animal kingdom boma rooms

Want to make you all aware I killed Palmetto bugs in our Animal Kingdom villa room on the fifth floor in Boma on 11/21/11 and 11/22/11...scared the heck out of my family...they were huge...be prepared to bring glue traps with you when staying at the animal kingdom rooms...especially in the bathrooms...complained to the front desk who only offered $75 credit and to send an exterminator...very disappointing...

Umm, the bugs are very common to Florida. It is not a cleanliness issue, nor one that really needs reporting all across the Dis. Disney offered you $75 because they couldn't keep normal to Forida, every-day bugs out of your room. That is more than fair.

I'm sorry you are disappointed, but there is really no way to 100% prevent the bugs from getting around. They are pretty darned gruesome, but that is about it.
