I bought a TOMTOM today, rented a U-Haul 5x9' ramp trailer, have the alarm set for 4am and will be on my way to Bham in the morning to rescue my 4wheeled carriage.

Not bad. Ya figured out how to get the tobacky stains off the side. Those Alabammy golfers always got a chew of Redman in their mouths. Probably got a rebel flag painted on the other side with the saying "The South will Rise Again"

I WISH I could find a cart like that, it would save me the trouble of putting on the decals.

This is another discussion.....but man, I LOVE my TOMTOM!! It was a present from dh for Christmas. It sure is nice to have when you're traveling to an unfamiliar area!

Boy, ya'll aint kidding....lots of trees falling right on I-59(as in ON THE ROAD) it was scarry for a while, but Im home safe and sound...and the carts in the garage, unharmed!!! Thanks for being concerned!!!!

Us3...man...the TOMTOM is unbelievable!!!! We go out of town all the time....camping, outlet mall shopping for her, "lets get out the house" roadtrips...........but we have NEVER NOT gotten lost.....we ALWAYS take a wrong turn or miss an exit, or whatever...once we reserved a lodge for our extended family(16 ppl) for thanksgiving in northern LA, we ended up at the furthest point south of LA.....dont ask me how......a 12 hour mistake. By todays TOMTOM performance.....I can safely say that I dont think we'll ever get lost again....I have no idea what took me so long to finally get one(PRICE????), but I dont know how we've gone this long with out one. Hell, I could have bought one with all the money we've wasted on gas being lost for years!!!!! I downloaded the OZZY SWEARING voice...that was funny for about 200 miles....I now hate Ozzy Osbourne!!! I had to switch to one of the default voices.....much easier to understand and drive with.
