BCV or BWV pull out sofa?

We have been DVC members since 2006 own at SSR and AKV. We've stayed at OKW, SSR, THV, AKV Jambo and Kidani and VWL. With that being said, our plan is to stay at all DVC's eventually. At 8 months out from our Oct. trip, I am looking for guidance. I would like to stay ar BCV or BWV. I am leaning toward BCV due to stormalong bay. I know my real deciding factor at the 7 month mark will be availablity when I call. If I do have the choice, which 1 BR has the more comfortable pull out sofa? It will be myself DH, DS12, DD10, and we take turns on the pull out sofa. Then part two of my question: if we stay at BCV, what requests should we put in? Thanks!!
