BCV or AKV Sav View, help me decide. Why do you prefer one over the other?

Depends on time of year? If going in the winter, go to AKV and watch the animals, if summer hang at SAB all day.

Does your family love animals or swimming? If your kids love to swim, BCV. If they are all about the Animals, AKV.

Our kids are older and we have a pool at home, so they would take AKV or BCV.

I often have done a split stay. In September, 3 nights in each!

I haven't done them in the same stay, but I have done AKV one trip, then BCV the next. If you're going to the parks, or want to swim, I'd suggest BCV. If you want to hang around and watch animals, I'd stay at AKL. When I stayed at AKV, I enjoyed the resort and didn't want to spend that much time at the theme parks. Actually, that was probably a good thing, because AKV feels more isolated to me. Also, note that at BCV, you have access to a much wider variety of resturants and fast food places. And don't forget that one of them is Beaches and Cream (yeah, I'm kind of biased).

Hi Ms. Bobbi...:wave2: I am doing a split stay for next Oct. 2010. Using my new BLT points for a Tues, Wed, Thurs. Will need to ressie at 7 mos. for a Sat-Mon. What resorts would have an easier shot at studio (forget OKW, I need the couch!)? Thanks for any info!

Hi to you, back!!:flower3:

You are brave, planning into 2010 in spite of all "excitement." Because of F&W, the BWV, BCV will be hard...so which do you prefer, VWL or AKV? But you know, you could have a shot at any of them. Which would you prefer to stay at?

The split stay that I referred to on this thread actually lasted 8 nights, FSS, with DH at VWL, 3 nights with a DGF at AKV, and ending up at BCV. This was a studio, with AKV points being used for the last two nights, which I moved at 7 months. I had booked VWL with VWL points.

Well, I am leaning towards either AKV or SSR. I know BWV and BCV will be hard at 7 mos. I'm using VB pts., sooooo thought first, anything I can get in a studio Akv first, then SSR.
