BC/YC/BW all sold out Nov 29-Dec.5

I was so upset when I wasn't able to get any kind of discounts this morning that I called back this afternoon to see how many rooms they had open at the rack, and I found my answer-all the epcot resorts are sold out - even if you want to pay rack rate!7

I have never seen that before. I always go that week.
I was able to get BWI WV for that week. I had been trying to change my view to concierge, but no go. The CM also said nothing available at the YC/BC either, just never thought she ment sold out. Keep trying though. There are people that do change resorts when they get a discount they are happy with. A room may still open up.

Are all the dates soldout? I know that first weekend in December is popular for locals to come in for the Christmas activities. You may want to check each date individually and work from there.

trust me, I was shocked too. I thought the week after thanksgiving was supposed to be one of their slowest of the year-guess not! As to the other question, no I didn't ask day by day, I did try coming in on the 28th and leaving the 5th (we're staying at the hard rock first for thanksgiving to use from of the line to deal w. the holiday crowds) but no luck there either.

We are going to be there Dec.1-5. The ONLY discount I could get on ANY deluxe is $290/nt. on an AK deluxe savanah (is that even a discount?). There were a lot of discounts available almosat all the Moderates & Values. There must be a convention or some event going on - or early Dec. folks have "deluxe" tastes

I was able to find rooms available at the BW at rack rate - but nothing at the BC or YC. The Swan/Dolphin has been booked for months and was blacked out from all discounts.

I am happier then EVER to get my rental from a DVC member at the BCV's!!!!
