I would definitely make having a day bed your first request (unless you don't mind a roll away in the room). My family of six (youngest under 3), got 2 queens with no day bed on our last stay there. We had a long day of travel, with 4 kids under 6, to arrive at 2 am with not enough beds! They didn't mention at check in there was no day bed or roll away in the room. We called down, because I was NOT walking down those winding halls with luggage and kids in tow, to check on another room. They were nice enough to move us to another room with a day bed...down another LONG hallway about a half an hour later. So even though a room with a daybed was available, we didn't receive one. Front desk said we had to request one...lesson learned!
