BC or BW ??

Which would you pick ? Beach Club or Board Walk resort ?

and why ??

beach club over boardwalk (and YC over BC)..

the Beach club is nicer and has a MUCH better pool than the boardwalk..

the boardwalk inn has lots of outsiders coming through on their way to the boardwalk..

BW. The BC has a lot of outsiders coming to use the pool...;)

I quess it depends, but last year we stayed (DVC) at BCV this year BWV and found the CM's fabulous at BW and the boardwalk a lot of fun. That said, we did not have a room on the boardwalk I wouldn't want that much excitement.
BC is also beautiful though.
WE came across this coming back from a park.

I loved the BC!!! We stayed at the BC for our Surprises trip via TA suggestion. Absolutely fabulous.... The pool was terrific except I personally didn't like the sand in the bottom, but remind you that's just my opinion... My children loved it. We loved that we could walk to Epcot in 5 minutes and we even walked back from DS in 20 minutes. The CM and Mousekeeping were terrific, no problems but no Towel Animals!!!:sad1: Plus, I loved the greeter that always Welcomes you Home!!!:yay:
This trip we decided to stay at BW because Location, location... and no DC:banana: , we wanted to try something else beside BC. But we can't wait to check out the Poly, Cont. and AKL for our next trip although, I truly love the Boardwalk Resorts.

Never stayed at the BC but would love to someday. I have stayed at the BWI and loved it. I had a great room on the 5th floor and could watch Illuminations right in my room or on the little balcony I had.

I was there in early December, so I didn't find the lobby busy with lots of "outsiders" running through.

Also, I don't use pools are the resorts so that never plays a factor for me. If it does for you, I would suggest BC just for storm-along bay.

We loved BC. If I were going without kids, or during the winter months, I'd like to try BW. However, the Stormalong Bay pool at BC is great for kids.

We have stayed at the BWI and the BC and both are outstanding! We prefer the BC because it is closer to Epcot and there is a restaurant (Cape May) in the resort. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

We've stayed at both and I liked BC better - it's a bit quieter, closer to Epcot and has a great feel. Our room at the BW was so far at the end of one hall we felt like we had a haul just to get to the elevator! If you stay at the Epcot end of the BC it takes only 5-10 minutes to walk to the park - which makes it that much easier to beat the crowds at night after Illuminations. Frankly, the pool area at BC cannot be beat, for both kids and adults. The BW pool doesn't compare. But if you stay at the BC just a short stroll takes you over to all the BW has to offer - restaurants, night life, etc. - giving you the best of both worlds!
