BBBoutique for 5 YO?

I'm wondering if the bibbidi bobbidi boutique is worth it for my 5 YO? We are going in January for our second trip to disney. I get lots of good info from the Disboards here to thought I'd ask you all your thoughts on this. My dd loves to play dress up and is lately into getting her hair curled, but she is a pretty simple kid -- she rarely wears anything but a hair band and even that does not stay for long.

and do they offer a package w/o makeup?

and is the new boutique in the castle better than going in downtown disney?

We have done BBB twice. I prefer downtown Disney only because I am not paying to get in and then paying for the boutique. Others may disagree, but I recommend a down day or a partial day at DTD so admission is free. Spend your park time on rides or with characters....

I think its completely worth it! You can get the lowest package and I think thats no nail polish. You can say no makeup. Of course the girls love the obnoxious makeup . Here is my DD, 5 at BBB in October. We brought her clothing from home and she just had it on when we arrived.

Julia was made Princess for the day. They put a cape and crown on her and paraded her around the store ending in the front window. She had her makeover in the front window of the store! She was in *heaven*.

As long as she can sit still for a bit of time -sure! My dd had the full package for her 6th bday and loved it-but almost fell asleep during the process-lol.
